How we work · No jargon

Simple on purpose.

You should never need to learn tech words to get a great website. Here is the whole thing, dumbed down on purpose, because clear beats clever.

The flow.

Start to launch
01

You talk, we listen

Plain English about your business. A short form, maybe a call. No tech talk needed.

02

One fixed price

A proposal that lists exactly what you get and what it costs. That number does not move.

03

We build, you watch

A private link from day one shows your site being built, live. Comment as we go.

04

Launch, in your name

Live on your domain, owned by you. Domain, hosting, accounts, the lot.

05

We stay on call

30 days of support included, then a care plan if you want us in your corner.

Your hub.

One place, not 40 emails

Every client gets a private hub. It is where the whole project lives, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. This is the actual thing, not a mockup:

With Voss client hub, project overview With Voss client hub, drop files area
Watch it live

Your website being built at a private link, updated as we work.

Drop files

Photos, logos, menus, spreadsheets. Drag them in from your phone.

Answer as you go

Short forms instead of email chains. Leave a note on any question.

Sign + pay

Your agreement and invoices, all in the same place, all in plain English.

Message us direct

It lands on our phone instantly. Same-day replies.

The backend, dumbed down.

Why our sites are fast + cheap to run

"Backend" just means the machinery behind the page: where your site lives, how it takes bookings, where the data goes. Ours is deliberately boring and bulletproof.

The networkYour site lives in 300+ cities at once.
SecurityNo plugins. Nothing to hack, nothing to update.
SpeedBuilt light, so it loads fast wherever your customer is.
CostCosts cents to run. You pay $200 a year.
A visitor taps

Your customer opens your site on their phone.

Cloudflare answers

The same network some of the biggest sites on earth run on serves yours from the closest city, so there is less distance to travel.

The machinery runs

Bookings, forms, payments, logins: small programs that only run when needed.

You get told

Every enquiry and booking reaches you instantly. Nothing sits unseen.

We also set up business email on your own domain (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 / Outlook), configured with the authentication inboxes check before trusting business mail.

The rules we work by.

Hold us to them
Plain English, always.

If you do not understand something we said, that is our failure, not yours.

You own everything, from day one.

Domain, code, accounts: all registered in your name. Owning the house does not make the electricity free, so hosting is $200 a year, but stop paying and you can still take the whole site anywhere. Nothing is held hostage. Rented site-builders work the other way: stop paying Squarespace and your site is simply gone.

One fixed price, before we start.

No hourly surprises. Changes outside scope get their own quote first.

Nothing disappears after launch.

Your hub, your files and your logins stay available for the life of your site.
